employers discriminate against those who wish to complete educational goals during working hours. there is
an unspoken practice to prevent workers from advancing thier education. it should be illegal for employers to prevent working citizens from taking off of work to attend school. employers should not be allowed to determine what a worker can and cannot study.a right to an education of a citizens choice should always be respected and include
college/university level education.
