This Petiton deals with the establishment of the prime authority for establishing Renewable energy education, Renewable Energy standards, Renewable energy Entities, and Renewable Energy organization certifications and honors, as well as training course guidelines, for the US and its Territories. It also will provide guidelines for other US Departments on how to conduct foreign or worldwide training and educational products, courses, grants, and teaching requirements for developing Renewable Energy resources abroad. Those resources can be very broad in scope, including raw resources and educational training, people and equipment, which will be used according to guidelines established. It will be reviewed for update as is appropriate every 2 years, or when technology requires its updating.
