Sharia law is the moral code and religious law of Islam. It sounds harmless enough, but Sharia is a legal system based on the violent principles laid down by Mohammed in the Koran. It is extremely violent and merciless.
- Women have no rights, and husbands are encouraged to beat their wives.
- Pedophilia is condoned.
- The lying to and murdering of non-muslims is legal and encouraged.
- A raped woman cannot testify against her rapist in court.
- Criticism of Islam, Allah, or the prophet Mohammed is punishable by death.
- Theft is punishable by amputation
- Gay people and adulterers will be executed.
- Music, art, and games are forbidden.
If Sharia law is instituted in the US, democracy will cease and human rights will be horribly violated.
