Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi displayed extraordinary and impressive skill befitting that of a commissioned officer in Land Navigation along the US/ Mexico border during his recent excursion and subsequent imprisonment for bringing firearms into Mexico. As such, we feel it would be imperative that Sgt. Tahmooressi receive a field grade promotion to the officer's rank of Second Lieutenant.
