The Army is currently pursuing the death penalty against Robert Bales after he allegedly murdered 16 Afghani civilians. This number pales in comparison to the civilian deaths in Obama's drone war. It is out right hypocrisy that the Obama administration can kill thousands of civilians without trial or punishment for its actions. So, it is only fair and equal that Obama is brought up on war crimes, or Robert Bales be set free.
