Bradley Manning has been kept in solitary confinement for 23 hours a day, although he has not been convicted of any crime. This fits the UN deffinition of torture. Bradley Manning cannot get a fair trial, because the president of the US has publically decalred his guilt. President Obama has called for protection of whistleblowers, which Private Manning is. Finally, Private Mannings alleged disclosures in no way compromised the security of the US
