The Amendment would declare, in the interest of equal campaign attention to the electorate, the allocation of a specified amount of money to every candidate running for any Federal Government office, as well as limitations on campaign duration.
Each candidate would be barred on punishment of disqualification from candidacy or even criminal charges from utilizing ANY non-allocated funds [donations included] for their campaign.
Campaign season would not exceed 2 months prior to any given election date to a particular aspired office.
And to ensure the goal of an elected congressperson is anything but purely considering re-election [ie: focusing on representation above all else], there ought to be a limitation of terms for members--consecutive or otherwise.
