Elect Bernie Sanders as next President of the United States, preventing taxpayer funds from being wasted on an election

The 2016 election is already proving to be a huge waste of time and money for the American people. By signing this petition, we intend to express our intent to elect Senator Sanders as the next President of the United States. It is our opinion that waiting until Election Day is not only unnecessary, but would also be a huge waste of money that could otherwise be spent rebuilding our Nation's infrastructure, reducing the cost of higher education, and shrinking the ever-growing problem of wealth and income inequality in the United States. The time has come for real change, and we believe that we shouldn't have to wait until November to elect Senator Bernie Sanders.
