Electing Senator Bernie Sanders by National Referendum will effectively bypass the need for him to be nominated by any political Party. He will be elected by the people, not elected officials or members of specific political Party. One person, one vote. This referendum would also not be subject to the Electoral College giving every citizen an equal say in the decision.
