Elected officals have continued to go against the Constitution since it's inception, while taking an oath to support the Constitution.
The Government professes "abide by the law" yet over looks or attempts to side step the "Law of the Land", The Constitution.
The Constitution is our foundation. The people the bricks and mortar. Elected officals who do not abide by the Constitution, to support the rights granted by God and fortified by The Constitution, are indeed a faction against these United States, and should be prosecuted as such.
The people say abide by our law "The Constitution."
