Everyday elected officials in America lie to the American people. We can only speculate what the reason for this is. If you lie to the government, you are violating the law. The elected government of America is in no way superior to any American citizen. All laws should apply equally to all Americans. Demand the the truth from the person you allowed to serve you in our government with your vote.
