Election Reform: Photo ID required and you can't be on .gov assistance for more than a year. Earn the right to vote.

This country needs election reform. It should be a requirement to have a state issued photo ID to vote. You should be disqualified if you have been on government assistance for more than a year because it's a conflict of interest (excluding social security, disability, etc...). You should have to earn the right to vote in this country and not be allowed to vote because you are standing on the US soil. Voting should be reserved for productive citizens since they pay the taxes.
