We the People require a choice to vote "None of the above" on all ballot choices in Federal elections.
A category not receiving over 50% of the ballots cast is considered undecided, with a new election round to follow for each undecided category. Once a category choice receives over 50% of the final ballots cast in an election, that category is decided.
Elections will continue in this manner until all category choices are decided.
Unresolved categories do not place any restraints on decided categories. "None of the above" is not an electable choice in any category.
