The electoral college has been around since 1787. It is 2016 people ! And it needs to be recognized that this election schema isn't the way anymore! There wasn't electronics back then, it may have suited the idea on choosing presidents because of that, but now with modern day usage and of course, popular increase, it is time to make a change! Nothing lasts forever, things work out and then things may change. But it is time for the president of OUR country to be chosen by the PEOPLE. Not by how many senates and congressman we have in our state. We are America of the FREE. We have the right to vote, so each vote should count individually! Let the best (wo)man win by fairness!!
