In respect to the electoral college, the number of electors is not fair for the American people. Not in the way of application, however in the way that the number of electors compared as a proportion with population of each state does not create values within reasonable margin of error to be "fair" or even similar. I.E. California: 38.8 million*/55 electoral votes = 705,000: Utah: 2.934 million*/6 electoral votes = 489,000.

I petition to update these non proportional number of electors to their fair values and to add the newly updated electors to the total number of electors that was previously set at 538.
