Section 1: If a candidate for president of the United States recieves greater than 55% of the national popular vote; Then they will have been elected.
Section 2: If a candidate recieves greater than 50% but less than 55% of the popular vote and less than a majority in the electoral college; Then the outcome of the election shall be deemed a tie.
Section 3: In all other conditions the candiate who recieves a majority in the electoral college will have been elected.
