Electronic surveillance and harassment is against the Law! Especially when it is used against U.S. citizens who are only exercising their 1st amendment rights!
It should go without saying; a total invasion of privacy is unconstitutional because it denigrates the freedom every private citizen is SUPPOSE to enjoy under a Democracy.
