Allow Veterans who are struggling to keep there jobs in a questionably stiff job market. As if they attempt to go to School risk loosing there jobs when they limit there availability for work when attending School. Allow the Veterans more time to find the best opportunity to obtain an Education without risking loosing there current jobs.
