Eliminate the 40 hour work week. Anything over 32 hours per week to be considered 'overtime'.

Adapt European mindset in regards to work and personal life. Let us rid our society of old lifestyles just because our country went through a serious depression in the 20th century. Our economy has recovered and we as a society could cut operation costs for numerous businesses dramatically by eliminating a fifth 'business day', thus saving money in the process. Research this topic further and hopefully you will see that we shouldn't be spending the greater majority of our lives just to support expensive lifestyles. If we change as a whole, the transition will be much smoother and easier as a society. This is a real possibility.
