Eliminate 60 vote requirement, to break a filibuster in the Senate.

Created by E.S. on November 14, 2012

Replace the 60 vote requirement, to break a Filibuster in the Senate, with a more progressive system. This system would lower the threshold, of votes required to break a filibuster, by one vote for each attempt/vote to break said filibuster (which would be limited to one attempt/vote per day) until the threshold reaches 51 votes, where it would rest for the remainder of the bill's, at hand, time on the Senate floor.
