Eliminate Agencies Not Specified in the Constitution

Created by L.W. on September 23, 2011

Require all federal agencies to turn in to Congress a one page document explaining what article(s) of the Constitution authorizes their existence. Eliminate those agencies that do not have clear and specific authorization in the Constitution.

Eliminating federal agencies that are not specifically mentioned in the Constitution will save a large amount of money and will reduce federal borrowing by the amount of spending cuts made.

Return the federal government to within Constitutional limits.
