Funding for all campaigns for Federal Office shall be limited to a set amount for each candidate. All funds shall come from the Federal Budget. No person or corporation or political action committee or any other entity may contribute any funds to any candidate running for Federal Office. No advertising of any kind may be purchased by any candidate or campaign for Federal Office. Media outlets may be required to provide equal time to each candidate for the purpose of stating their platform, and for debates. Any statement by any candidate made while running for office shall be considered equal to testimony under oath. Therefore any lie will be considered perjury and shall result in immediate disqualification for Federal Office, and possible criminal charges.
