This would make changes directly to Congressional Entitlements not limited to but including the following: changes to salary, end to all future past, current Congress persons retirement salary. Retirement, all money currently invested within the Federal system must be frozen and placed blindly in Social Security. Medical, plan changes not to include this; all members are required to participate in plans like the citizens. Education, plan change this benefit ends immediatly, all members of Congress and their families must take out student loans, ect. METRICS, need to be created to oversee Congresses progress; each member of Congress must make decissions based on cost analysis, national fulfillment levels, specific job creation, (leaving politics out of it.), military decissions all.
