The United States is a memebr of a global economy. Yet, most countries are in debt, distressed or in poor financial health. Our current system does not work, and all the band aids in the world does little to nothing to fix the problem. We have brilliant economists here in the United States, and they presumably know how to fix and grow the economy! The issue is government, legislation cannot pass fast enough for any suggestions to have real time effect or impact.
It is as if we are always reacting too late to shifts and making poor choices with regards to our fiscal policies. Gather the members of the UN, eliminate all national, corporate and personal debt, float currency based on current GDP, start fresh and make our country and the world a better place!
