ELIMINATE ALL FEDERAL TAXES AND REPLACE WITH A TRANSACTION FEE ON ALL MONETARY TRANSACTIONS WITHOUT REGARD TO THE SOURCE

The U.S. provides a Banking System to its citizens and the world. 70% of the World's monetary transactions are in U.S. Dollars. Without the U.S Banking System, all commerce would come to a halt. We, the people, propose that every monetary transaction using the U.S. Banking System be subject to a transaction fee based on the dollar amount of the transaction. Every private person or business entity--- RECIEVING MONEY--- would pay a small transaction fee on every dollar of the transaction. We, the people, believe all current Government spending could be funded by a fee of one penny per dollar or less. Whatever the appropriate fee is, it would be very small per dollar. No more need for Tax Returns/IRS, Tax Accountants/Lawyers. No more Revenue problem. Now just solve the spending problem.
