Eliminate all Foreign Aide as long as: 1) Our country is operating in a deficit and 2) Congress hasn't passed a budget.

I would to see our country stop providing Foreign Aide while we continuously operate in a fiscal deficit. Additionally, our lawmakers should not cut any funding domestically to arm rebels, sending fighter aircraft to other countries. It is time to interject common sense into decision making.
