How to eliminate all government corruption. Go to the source of all government corruption in, cities, county's, states and federal. Make all money accounts and assets of anyone who is involved in creating laws and policies, or enforcing them. By eliminating all secret moneys, accounts & assets and making the status immediately known to the public, it would remove the temptation to be influenced by secret money. This would be much more successful than term limits, and could benefit all Americans.
