Many Americans may not know that in some states Atheists and Agnostics are can't hold political office. This outright unconstitutional as it is pure religious discrimination. The states that have this type of laws are Arkansas, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas.
