Since the Citizens United ruling allows unlimited contributions to political candidates and parties, Make it so they can not know where the money came from. Lobbyists can still lobby. Contributors can still contribute. BUT, make it impossible to connect the money to it's source--- neither the candidates nor the party should be able to pass legislation benefiting their contributors, because it would be illegal to know who those contributors were. Those contributors should also not be able to take tax deductions for their contributions.
