Eliminate animal testing in cosmetics.

Many Americans in this day and age are currently concerned with Animals being used for testing products in cosmetics and skin care only. So the people who sign here express that animal testing is not needed for cosmetics. However, we would like to contribute to a law that won't allow testing on finished products, testing ingredients for products, or even allowing tested products from other nations to be sold in US shops.Many other companies have never tested on animals before and there's no reason why it should continue in the cosmetic industry. It will also help create jobs since, if animal testing is eliminated more concerned consumers will buy products and there are alternative testing methods that don't use animals.
