The second amendment does not include allowing automatic and semi-automatic rifles in the streets where they are used by the mentally challenged to slaughter five year old kids. The Supreme Court has already made this clear. The Obama administration MUST move beyond the Republican Party nuts and NRA idiots to enact laws that ban these weapons and make them available only to law enforcement and defense.
Americans can't continue losing lives due to the partisan narrow interests of a dying party and a lobby whose relevance is no more.
