Eliminate businesses backing government candidates and eliminate large campaign donations.(PAC and Super PAC reform)

Eliminate businesses from backing and donating to a Super PAC. Also cap the total amount each individual and union can donate to $50,000 per election cycle(ex. You could have donated $25,000 for the 2012 election to Super PAC A and donated another $25,000 to Super PAC B. After the election you could then donate again to Super PAC A for the 2014 election.)
