To fix Social Security, every body who works, should pay an equal percentage of their gross income, 52 weeks a year. No exceptions. Right now, only the middle class pay into the system all year. Some can cap out their deductions in the first month, thus paying a very small percentage into the system, but are still eligable to receive equal benifits at retirement age. NOT FAIR. If all would pay in an equal percentage, then the system would be healthy in a few years
