Currently college student borrowers encounter a "budget" during the school year if unexpected expenses related to their education accrue on top of their tuition bill from their school. Sometimes this leads to a situation where they need extra money in the face of action against them for nonpayment, but don't have the money and don't have any more "budget" left for borrowing.
No student should have to leave school because of additional school expenses that sometimes come up during the year, which might put them unexpectedly over budget. Eliminate the cap so that everyone who can be in school will have the ability to stay.
