Create a cash card that would replace US monies. Would be secured with PIN number, I would not have to carry cash, or have percentage overhead subtracted to card companies. I could fill my card at my bank or from a computer terminal and spend it like a debit card. Merchants would get full payment.
No more printing money.
If we eliminate cash, crime would be reduced to the barter system. Police could use warrents to access card and transaction files to follow the money trail through criminal organizations. No more drug money, chop shops, fence operations, prostitution, ransom, or bribes.
If money is the root of evil, lets get rid of money.
