Eliminate the change to Daylight Savings Time, thus creating a standard time that would not require the changing of time

Eliminate Daylight Savings Time, creating a standard time. The changing of clocks twice a year is no longer necessary and creates a burden to citizens and employers. I am requesting in this petition, that Congress move to eliminate DST.
