Eliminate child support back pay because it is affecting our economy, and that money comes from state tax payers.

I find it outrageous that the United States Government allows such preposterous laws for child support. I feel like if women have babies that's their problem not America's. It's not fair all these women having so many kids living off welfare, food stamps , section 8 and child support back pay that hard working Americans pay. While they're living off all of these free Government funds, people who really need the help can'r eat or even pay rent on time. Food stamps, section 8 aka HUD and back pay child support comes from the people it's not free. So please President Obama eliminate all this free help. You and your Gov are creating lazy people and it's getting worse each generation. Stop this madness before our economy get's worse!
