While we pay lip service to freedom and democracy abroad, our own system of government is sick with rampant partisan gerrymandering. Increasingly, the people are misrepresented by extremists immune to electoral defeat through ideological districting. This is both obviously wrong, and easily solvable. Simply replace geographic districting with zodiac-based "districts". Apportionment should continue to be based on population size, which we estimate to be roughly equal across all zodiac signs.
