So long as companies are reinvesting thier earnings in developing new technology, resources and jobs within the United States, there is no reason to tax the income they earn. Employees are already paying a tax on thier wages - this double taxation discourages the growth of American jobs and American innovation. So long as companies are taking thier earnings and responsibly investing them in new jobs and research in America, those earnings should not be taxed. Only corporate income from investments should be taxed to discourage companies from simply hoarding their wealth rather than deploying it.
