Eliminate corruption of contracting officers overseas by issuing an Executive Order to eliminate FAR 5.202 (a) (12 )

Created by K.B. on February 18, 2012

U.S. Registered Small Business are losing opportunities to bid on U.S. contracts because corrupt contracting officers in Kuwait are not posting solicitations on the only Federally Recognized Government Point of Entry - www.fedbizopps.com and FAR 5.202 ( a ) ( 12 ) is at the core of corruption and the cause of over 20 U.S. Army Active Duty Majors and Colonels going to jail from just one base in Kuwait - Camp Arifjan. Solicitations are being given to contracting officers friends in exchange for kickbacks and bribes. By eliminating FAR 5.202 ( a ) ( 12 ) and ensuring that all solicitations greater than $ 25,000 are electronically posted on www.fbo.gov, will ensure that U.S. Registered American Small Business men and women will see solicitations and be able to bid upon them.
