I, Mai-Khanh Tran , filed two I-130 for my sister and brother in 2009.
On or about September 09, 2010 the Center asked for more document for both cases I responded on or about October 28, 2010.
On or about January 4, 2011 The Center sent a letter denied both cases based on abandonment. This is not true. Why the Vietnamese women get this treatment like this? The Center created this hassle to make more money if I want to Appeal or re-apply for my siblings. I still did not receive the respond from Los Angeles Field Office.
