Eliminate Educational Testing Service (ETS) company policy on Test Score Expiration after 5 years of taking the test.

I called to get my GRE scores from ETS and they do not keep them on file after 5 years. I am very upset because I want to further my education and start on my doctoral degree. The Institutions will not accept them after 5 years according to the ETS representative and the scores are apparently INVALID. Universities also do not accept the scores from the student, but need them sent directly from ETS to their institution. I took the GRE test fair and square and there is no reason the scores should become invalid after five years. It is a scam to get more money from students. To RETAKE a test to attend Graduate school I have REPAY $182. I did not sign any documents notifiying me of this policy and it is blatant exploitation.
