Inasmuch as the Electoral College can usurp the will of the people, and inasmuch as the Electoral College creates a system where the value of a citizen's vote varies from state to state, we call on Congress to eliminate this vestige from the days when the voter was not trusted, and ballots were limited to white male landowners.
