Whether you are a Democrat or a Republican, the chaos surrounding recent elections should not go without notice. Candidates rarely listen to the entire country during elections, campaigns are focused on a few select states (battleground states), and numerous American voices go unheard.
It is the intent of this petition to seek the removal of the Electoral College from the American voting process. The Electoral College is dated and no place in the process.
By eliminating the Electoral College from the current voting process, the candidates will now be forced to campaign for EVERY vote, in EVERY state, and hear EVERY voice. In turn, American voters will feel more attached to their candidates, will likely turn out in higher numbers to vote, and every citizen will have their voice heard
