Eliminate the Electoral College and the Democratic Primary Superdelegates to ensure the people are fairly represented.

Created on March 30, 2016

To ensure the people's wishes are fairly and accurately represented, it is the request of the people to eliminate both the Electoral College and the Democratic Superdelegates. Being that the Electoral College, and the Democratic Superdelegates, are under no binding legal obligation to represent the wishes/decisions of the people of the United states of America with regard to voting (e.g. popular vote Bush v. Palm Beach County Canvassing Board, 531 U.S. 70 {2000}), it would move the people to have their voices heard, counted, and acted upon with respect to the people's choice.
