We the people ask the federal government to Take or explain a position on an issue or policy:

Eliminate the Electoral College and Replace it with a more equitable system for electing the president.

Created by R.M. on November 16, 2016

Either people who live in the cities or those outside the major urban areas are going to be disappointed after any election. Therefore we must devise a different system that will apply more evenly to all Americans. If we eliminate the Electoral College without replacing it with a new system the half of theCountry living in the five major urban areas would always win. Staying with the College is better for the Suburbs and Country. We need a totally new Idea. So after doing extensive research on the subject I finally arrived at the only conclusion that makes sense. Eliminate the Electoral College and use the total amount of acreage to decide the winner.
