Do you want your vote to count? Each state would render one vote! Washington DC would be the 51st (tie breaker if needed). In a nut shell: every one would vote at their precinct, each county would tabulate the votes and represent one winner. The state would count the county votes and represent one winner. Washington DC (or a neutral party) would count the states and announce the winner by popular majority vote! We the people would have spoken and it would be as fair as it can get!! One State, One Vote! Now the campaign trail would include everyone!
