Every election that has ever come along has been "the candidates" trying to win over a certain State because it has the most electoral college votes. Every year we are urged to vote, yet it feels like it is useless to go and vote if the electoral college is going to decide it for us anyway. So, I propose the elimination of the Electoral College votes, and instead base the results of the election off of the "Popular Vote", so that the voters feel as though it was worth their time and effort to go to the polls and vote.
