the presidential elections should be won by popular vote not the electoral college vote...the electoral college vote is outdated and no longer needed as all American citizens have the right to vote now. the electoral candidates have the right to bypass the popular vote to place a candidate in the Presidential office. this is against the constitutional right of one person one vote in the fourteenth amendment.
