Eliminate electronic voting due to the impossibility of preventing fraud.

It is impossible to continue our way of life with electronic voting. Which ever corporation makes the electronic devices that register and count our votes in elections will have undue sway in the democratic process. We need to return to paper ballots which can be counted by human beings to prevent situations where we the people cannot be sure if there was voter fraud or not. Election scanners have already been shown to be easily hackable, where they then give results inconsistent with the actual votes cast. Electronic voting machines should be banned from all government elections in the United States.
